This job includes our pilots getting photos and video of the property and 3 different locations within a 20 mile radius of the property being sold. We take multiple photos and video of the local neighborhood and landmarks you wish to record. We will also give you 15-30 4K HDR aerial images with professional editing.
We take the aerial videos and piece them together to create a 1-3 minute long professionally color graded 4K video complete with a cinematic intro title, animation of your logo, descriptive text about the house / property / location, and music.
Many more options, such as narration, google pins to point out a location, extra locations, animated 3d text with shadows, or even adding buildings can be made available at an added cost.
Generally takes about 4-6 hours for our pilots to record footage, and full videos are sent out within a week.
These prices reflect ideal conditions and can vary based on weather, the complexity of job location, drive times, number of flights required, time on location, video resolution (6k available), number of files needed, editing time, if there are multiple areas to be filmed, etc. Please contact us to get a more accurate quote.
